Is your humanity becoming more weighty and radiant this Lenten season?

And I don’t mean that in donut-revolving way… I mean that in a – ‘Is your substance, the very fabric of your life, increasing in depth, beauty and richness?’ kinda way…

If not, you may have a worship problem… because what we’re worshiping we’re becoming. You see, the human soul is hardwired to conform to that which it craves.

This evening, in the absence of any technology, invite the Spirit to honestly assess the trajectory of your life. Who are you becoming?

Is your mind, emotion and action conforming to the matchless beauty of Christ? If so, you have received a gift – give thanks for the unmerited favor of God! If not, once more I invite you to repent and receive the Gospel – the good news that Jesus lived the perfect life you couldn’t, died the death you deserved, rose again from the grave conquering sin, death and the devil and is now seated at the right hand of Father as King of the universe and his declaration over you is love. Rest in this – In Jesus, God has made you beautiful, is making you beautiful and will make you beautiful.
